Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, we need basic information in order for us to process and keep you informed about your shipment, you can create a free account upon checkout which will store your shipping and secure payment information for future orders.

I have forgotten my username or password, now what?
Simply click the login reset link and you’ll be presented with simple steps to regain access to your account.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept MasterCard and Visa. You may also pay via PayPal.

I have a promo coupon code. How do I redeem it?
On the the shopping cart page, you’ll see a field for “Coupon Code”. Simply enter the code and click the “Apply Coupon” button.

Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, on the checkout page, please select the “Gift Option”. You will then also have the opportunity to write a small note which will be included with the order for the recipient.

Why don’t you ship to my country?
We currently only ship to the United States (and overseas U.S Military bases). If you live outside of the U.S.A, please contact us for information on international orders, we would be happy to send you a quote.

How much is shipping?
We ship ALL orders via USPS for FREE. There is no minimum order amount required.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped within 72 hours from our design studio in Culver City, California. Most western state deliveries take 2-3 days to receive, mid-west 3-4 days and east at least 5 days.

How do I return/exchange my item(s)?
It’s easy to request a return or exchange for your item within 21 days of purchase. Simply email us at info@kathybransfield.com with your order number.

Can I get a refund?
If you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 21 days. Email us at info@kathybransfield.com with your order number.

Can I request a specific type of chain?
Yes. On the checkout page, please specify your chain request in the “Special Requests” field.

Where are your products made?
All of our products are designed and handmade with love in Culver City, California.

What types of materials are used in your jewelry?
All of our pieces are made with sterling silver and heavy layer of 22kt gold plated brass.  All chains, jump rings, clasps, etc. are sterling silver.
